FINALLY, AFTER WRITING HERE, CLAIMING TO PAYPAL, WRITING TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND NOT LETTING TO THIS SCAMS PLAY WITH ME, I RECEIVED MY REFUND. THIS WAS EXACTLY AFTER 16 DAYS FROM MY FIRST CLAIM. WRITE CONTINUOUSLY TO THIS COMPANY, DO COPIES OF THE ANSWERS, SEND THE COPIES AGAIN AND AGAIN. THEY WILL HAVE TO RETURN THE MONEY BUT ONLY THIS WAY. DON T WAIT 24 HOURS, 48, 72, 244 TO WRITE TO THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN. DO IT ALL THE TIME. ONLY THIS WAY, THEY UNDERSTAND. Thanks to Trustpilot too of course

Extremely disappointed with Hyperstech. Ordered two smart watches and have recieved no updates to status of order. Have used their contact email to ask for help four times and have recieved no response. Wish I had reviewed this company on Trustpilot before ordering.

This company is a Scam! It's been over four months and I never received my product. I have requested many times for a refund. Hyperstech continues to respond submitting a false tracking number that states June 3, 2020 stating it was delivered in the USA..That's it! This company needs to be reported to the China Government and banned from doing ANY business!! All these Reviewers need to contact the necessary authorities and stop this company!

Despite having finally received a package from Hyperstech,, I am still extremely disappointed.聽The product I ordered was a MemorysafeX photostick, but what I received was merely a simple pen drive (a very expensive pen drive, which I could have bought at the local supermarket for a fraction of the price).

Avoid this company like the plague.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I had the same experience as Mani.I ordered 4 Oxybreath pro masks on the 29.2.2020, one for my son on the frontline in a UK hospital. I've still received no masks.I was refunded for one mask which was sent back to them!!!What nonsense!!!The other three masks are in transit from China post to Ireland post NEARLY THREE MONTHS LATER. I asked for a refund and was told by so called Support Novads that they are still on their way. I suspect I've been scammed.Steer clear of Hyperstech.Mary.

Pirate company they have a shopping page that generates confusion, charge the same day that the purchase is made and in my case, they went over two months and did not receive the purchase. They keep the mails like robots and don't give solutions

These people answer very politely in this website, but it's all false.

Day two of my previous report on faulty neck massager

Got a response on Trust Pilot from them they hadn鈥檛 even read my comments. They said send video showing problem. I had already explained in my review that the video file is too big to send and that instead I had send them a link to it on Dropbox but still got no response. So ok not really a reply to the issue just another standard robotic response so I thought I need to ring these numpties. Guess what? Phone rings only once and suddenly goes to engaged. So far rang 10 times same thing Anyone reported them to Trading Standards yet?

PS After constantly trying two numbers with constant engaged tone/answerphone, leaving a message I have given up and contacted Citizens Advice They have informed me of my rights and options and forwarded the complaint to Trading Standards. I would recommend anyone else in the same situation to do the same. Let鈥檚 fight back at unscrupulous companies!

I also believe it is disgraceful that this company is operating with such ease, they run superb advertisement videos to sell people Tech products. I got caught with the xonephone but after a bit of 'foot dragging' I got the phone (An OUKITEL) and I am hoping it will last-out for me to get my moneys worth. They have advertising videos all over youtube and must be catching 1000's of people. Why? is there NO consumer protection from youtube and paypal and such? a silly question ……Profits.

This company is a fraud company. We ordered 4 masks due to virus fears on 28.2.20 and immediately they sent an email saying that our purchase will appear as NOVADS ON CREDIT CARD STATEMENT and our Invoice Number f9316277dcd34f
They promised delivery within 7 days 99% orders. After 10 days I called the number starting with +44 UK number. Surprisingly, someone picked up from India and it is night time there. The guy who picked up the phone was saying that the order is in process and it will be shipped and immediately I questioned him why this UK number is picked up from India. He said that the head organisation is in UK and operations are from India. Then only I asked him Is It a fraud or are you going to ship the masks on time? As we understand with others experience on this site, the guys doing this should be caught and legal action to be taken.
It is ridiculous I have not got any information or parcel so far. The order was booked for my daughter in USA and their address was given and so far they did not get it. Why these scammers are so freely ripping off money from people from all countries with false advertisements? They advertise products with exceptional quality and attract customers and making money.
I want someone to look into this and try to stop these happening in future. Anyway, I am not going to leave them too if they don't return my money immediately. We are not going to wait for their orders anymore. Beware scammers Every Dog has its own day, You cant get away always like this by cheating people.

Update. Still no watches, emailed PayPal again, they appear not to reply. I also think PayPal needs investigating. I just want a refund.

Do not be fooled by this company….do not give them a penny of your hard earned money because you will never see it again and be left with faulty goods.
