I orderd Cross Classic Century Collection for Scuderia Ferrari Matte Rosso Corsa Red Lacquer Fountain Pen.SKU: FR0086-117FS.I returned my order on october 12 2020, two days after receiving. Didn't receive the refund so far. I called customer care many times. No one lifts the call. More over i send many emails. Still no response. I really really wonder how Ferrari had tie up with this company. Zero customer value in Cross.

Awful. Order placed on 5th October for a birthday on 4th November. Website advised it would ship in 10-14 days and I would be emailed at this time. Emailed at the end of October, no response. Emailed a couple of weeks later, no response. I am losing hope that I will ever see my order. Will not be attempting to buy anything from them in the future.

I ordered a fountain pen costing over 拢200 . Almost 3 months after I did not receive my item neither a refund. I chased them with many emails, but pretty much useless. The phone number on the site is not working. I like their fountain pens, but worth buying them from different retailers

Order placed almost 3 months ago, virtually no response at all. No despatch notification, no response on phone, email or twitter.

Awful service despite Covid-19 pandemic issues, stay away, find your pens elsewhere.

Terrible. Ordered and received a order confirmation saying that they will let me know when the item has been shipped usually within 3 business days. That was a month ago. Payment has been taken, nothing has been sent and customer service is supposedly an email saying that they will be in touch within 7 working days (which they won't) no phone line to call, either, because of COVID.

They should be ashamed for a supposedly customer focused company.

Placed two orders end of October. One of them I got an order confirmation for, and got delivered. I didn't receive an email confirmation for the other pen (ordered separately), so I emailed customer services. No response to my email, and the pending transaction was finally released after a couple of weeks.
I put it down to an error and tried ordering again today. Email confirmation received, and just as I opened it I took a screen shot and within seconds the email disappeared. There were two other emails as well from Cross, which also disappeared. It looks like they recalled them. I received an email to say unsubscribe successful…. I didn't click on anything to unsubscribe.
I tried to log in to the account I created on their website and that's also disabled!
I wish I'd checked trust pilot before ordering again! The transaction is pending again and will be for weeks! Shocking customer service for a supposedly reputable company!!!

Placed order 21st October, heard nothing for over 9 days so emailed customer service – no response. Several emails later, still no response!! Was hoping to have shipment by now (11th Nov) so I could give as a gift but its hopeless. No contact number to call either, possibly the worst customer service indeed.

Sent my pen to have the cap replaced over 12 weeks ago. They charged me 10 dollars. At 4 weeks in, I called them about the status. They blamed Covid and said only one person fixes pens there. Another 8 weeks go by. I have emailed them several times. They do not respond. They pocketed my ten dollars and my sentimental gold pen. I cannot believe how putting a cap on a pen or tightening the clip and popping it back in the mail would take 3 months unless millions of Cross pens are so faulty that they are backed up for years.

Placed an order 12 October. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. Emailed customer service to find out what's the delay – no response. Emailed again a week later, no response. No working phone number. Hopeless. Will I get my pens? Probably not.

Shocking UK customer service, placed an order more than 3 weeks ago that still hasn't been shipped. Emailed twice and still waiting to see if they reply to a Tweet. Thankfully it wasn't an expensive order but not the point. Looks like the contact us info was last updated in april. Wish i'd read these reviews before ordering Christmas gifts

Incredible … Pen sent for warranty repair in July. Followed the on-line process, paid the "order fee" and sent by registered mail. Pen was received and signed for. I have heard nothing since.

They don't answer the phone, I have sent several e-mails as requested, despite a promise to get back in 2 working days they have all been ignored. I have tried USA customer service – no response.

They are behaving like a company in deep trouble. Do not buy anything from them – they can not stand by their products.

Ordered 2 pens at totalling 拢94, on 20 August despite several chaser emails and 1 webchat query raised – that advise you they will return back to you within 24 hours, 3 days later no reply. I should have stuck with Waterman, would have had better service. Disgusting customer service attitude, so going to bank to cancel payment. they can stuff their pens! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!!!! Go to Pen Heaven instead, same pens, but cheaper AND retailer has 4.8 trust pilot reviews.

I got fed up waiting for my order (10 weeks) and not being able to get any response from A.T.Cross here in the UK, so I thought I'd try the head office in the USA. After my complaint my order was fast-tracked and arrived 3 days later. So – go to cross.com, then a window pops up asking for your country, choose USA, and a live chat window will appear – tell them your woes / problems and maybe they will help you too. Good luck!
The only reason I've given two stars is because someone in the USA bothered to act. Service in the UK deserves none.

I ordered 3 pens on the 15th of July for gifts at work, took my money 拢300!! Heard nothing since sent numerous emails I鈥檓 absolutely furious I will never use this company again.

Rip off merchants took my order on 1 July and took the money…..since then nothing sent them 4 messages got an instant auto reply 4 times to say they would let me know in 24 to 72 hours they would let me know. I have received nothing back.

A total disgrace…..I note they have not responded to any of the negative reviews…..wonder why that is??

Terrible customer service. I send a pen for a warranty repair more than a month ago. I pay in advance the service fee and the delivery charges. I try to contact them to know about the repair, and, apart the automatic email reply, I can't get any answer from them. Avoid it!

Ordered a pen online, 拢300-odd. No confirmation email, no receipt, but PayPal confirms the transaction. I email a week later asking for an update and a receipt, no response. A week after that I open a PayPal case, still no response. Disgraceful performance, won't ever be buying Cross again my life.

Terrible service – ordered a pen and pencil set for my sons graduation. Still hasn't arrived. Emailed, Customer services told me they had delays due to Covid (usual excuse, how come is other companies including those shipping internationally are coping, no issue in taking your order or cash) and some new systems issues. Advised packing slip and dispatch note was now printed and in warehouse – still waiting two weeks later. Pathetic… all in all 6+ weeks to get a pen and pencil set that 'was in stock' Won't be buying from them again. Sad used to be a fantastic company.

I know it's a Pandemic. But then why did they take my order and authorize my card.

The online order check using the order number just goes to a dead screen for two months now.

Customer service via email never responded and it's been over a month.

Got someone on the phone & they said my order should be shipped and she would get me a tracking code via email then hung up and never followed through.

Contact via social media was answered, but just a panacea, and no real response or firm answer about my order.

What a let down.

I have been able to receive no help at all from the supposed Customer Service at AT Cross. Sent a pen and pencil set in for repair. ($20). Never heard from the company even though I had confirmation from Post Office that the package was delivered. Tried emailing but no answer. Called after 2 more weeks but the gentleman on the phone said they didnt show having received anything from me but that the "lady" was backed up, sounds painful. Finally after 3 weeks I got someone on the phone that said the pen or pencil was fixed, couldnt figure out which, but the
pen(?) was back ordered for at least a month and hung up. What a poor excuse for a company they have turned into. Should have just spent the money on a new writing tool. Never again, so sad.

Worst experience I鈥檝e had in a long time. Ordered a pen early December, said it would be delivered by christmas. Never came. For the past month I鈥檝e been emailing and calling, and just now – after 4 weeks – was I able to get a refund. The guy confirmed it on the phone and then literally hung up on me.
