Steps To Type On PDF

  • You may add text to an existing PDF document using the Text Box function.
  • Open your PDF file.
  • Change to Edit Mode. To do so, select the icon from the toolbar.
  • OR – Right-click on the document and choose Edit from the context menu.
  • Allow for the looks of the Edit toolbar.
  • Choose the Text Box icon.
  • Select the page to which you want to feature the Text Box.
  • Remove the placeholder text and sort the specified text into the box.
  • To change the scale and shape of the text box, use the box, Knobs.
  • Drag the box to the acceptable place by clicking on any of its sides.
  • When you right-click on a Text Box, you will change the transparency, background, font, margins, and border of the Text Box.
  • Hold the mouse down and drag over the text to pick out it to vary the scale and font.
  • Once the text has been highlighted, right-click and choose Set Font.
  • To erase the Typeover Text box and its contents, right-click thereon and pick Exit and Delete from the right-click menu.
  • To quit Edit Mode, select Next > Close.
  • Use this tool to fill out forms and add page numbers to existing PDF documents.
